Charter of Corporate Behavior

KB FOAM DE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. believes that, in addition to pursuing profits through fair competition, a corporation must make a contribution to society at large. Human resources Management shall assume the responsibility for implementing this charter and for taking all necessary action in order to raise awareness in the corporation and inform our business partners of their responsibility. Members are expected to respect human rights and to conduct themselves in a socially responsible manner toward the creation of a sustainable society, by observing all relevant laws and regulations applying to their activities in accordance with the following principles:

Fair Trading

WE WILL comply with laws and social regulations, In the pursuit of fair and transparent corporate activities, ensuring that the relationships and contacts with government agencies and political bodies are OF a normal and proper nature. Strict and fair disciplinary action shall be taken including with respect to senior management where necessary.

Product Quality, Safety and Information Security

By developing and providing socially beneficial goods and services of the highest quality using advanced and original technologies in a safe and responsible manner, we shall strive to earn the confidence of our customers, while taking necessary measures to protect personal data and customer related information.

Human Rights and Labor

We shall strive to respect diversity, individuality and differences of our employees and to ensure their mental and physical well-being. Respect human rights in all corporate activities, never accepting discriminatory practices ,child or forced labor. Respect each employee's individuality and create work environments where all OF our employees MAY fully demonstrate their abilities and carry out their jobs with enthusiasm.

We will commit ourselves to eliminate hazardous conditions and labor accidents by promoting a safe and comfortable workplace.
